 I am sorry I really don't have any advice. Your BIL's fiance sounds like a real treat.  I don't blame you for being annoyed after having to listen to all of those comments. I guess there's nothing you could do if they found something they wanted. Maybe you and your DH could put your heads together to think of a reason that they can't stay with you. Unless your DH really wants them to stay with you, then I would try to talk it over with him some more.

LOL - I told DH that there is room in the shed for her. We can hook up a space heater to an extension cord and run it from the house.
He thinks I was kidding.
Wow, you were going to offer her heat, too?
