I used these from Pottery Barn, minus the sheer underlay. I have honeycomb blinds so I really don't need this sheer underlay, plus I like to keep the window treatments a bit more casual. Image Attachment(s):

I don't have a picture of the actual window but I have this in cranberry with a long fabric shade over a 3 panel window.
