Can I use mylicon drops and Gripe water?
Or is this overkill?
I have been using the gripe water about 2x a day and the drops in every bottle.

We're just sticking with the Gripe Water. If giving both, I would make sure you space them out.

Is the Gripe water what helps with consitpation? DD has been so constipated these last few days and I have no idea why. Where would I buy Gripe water?

Gripe Water isn't for constipation, it's for gas.

When Nikolas' gas/reflux and colic was at its worst, I used both the Gripe water and the mylicon drops..it really seemed to help at the time (Niko had gas issues but also has reflux so it took a lot of changes those first months to help him overall..)
After awhile, I didn't feel as though the Gripe water was doing anything so we stopped it. An even though we changed formula and addressed his reflux issues, we continued with the mylicon drops for quite along time until his tummy really matured and was able to handle the gas better -
