Can progesterone suppositories cause cramps?

Hi ladies, I got a Bfp last week, and have been on progesterone suppositories. This morning I had some light spotting, and I am feeling a little crampy (like light period cramps). Can progesterone supps cause cramps? I know they can def cause spotting because I was on them with my other dc, but I can't remember if I was crampy as well. Tia!

I was on progesterone supps until almost 12 weeks, i felt crampy early in pregnancy as well but i think that is normal and not a result of the progesterone.
