Can taking progesterone affect the results of a pregnancy test?
I got what I think was a false positive yesterday... the 3 (yes three, I have no will power) I took after that between yesterday and today were all negative.
Wondering if its the progesterone suppositories I'm taking that could do that. Has this happened to anyone?

I googled...I love to google,  and this is what I found....I was curious because I am going to be on progesterone after my IUI.
Q: Can progesterone supplements cause a false positive HPT?
A: No. Home pregnancy tests only check hCG levels, not progesterone. They are completely different hormones.

Honey - stop driviing urself mad - Stop the home tests!
I did one it was negative then two days later did the blood test and it was positive.
Its probaby just to early to see it - and all the negative energy and stress isnt helping
Sorry to sound harsh but just my 2 cents.
