Can thyroid medication affect your cycle?
So this is my situation. I was going to start my FET cycle and did Lupron for 1 day and aygestin for two days and then my mom passed away the following day and I stopped everything. As it turns out, my thyroid was 2.4 so my doc decided to put me on synthroid. I am now on day 40 of my cycle. I did test on Saturday and BFN (after 5 years I highly doubt it but figured you never know). It could be all the stress I have had but just wondering if the meds can put off AF. Thanks for any input!!

Not that i know of. It hasnt changed my cycle at all.

Thank you. Probably the Lupron and stress that messed me up, but just wanted to check.

synthroid does not effect your cycle and it is safe to take during pregnancy (at least that is what i have been told by 2 doctors). It was prob stress and the other meds
