Does medication affect DH's the same way it affects us while TTC?

Does medication affect DH's the same way it affects us while TTC?
DH has to go for a colonoscopy tomorrow and is taking these pills (instead of the drink they usually give) as prep. I looked at the prescription info. and it says it is a Category C drug for women who are pregnant or could be pregnant.
Does medication (and what category drug it is) effect DH's sperm the same way it would effect our eggs? I won't be O'ing for probably another week or so, so wouldn't it be out of his system by the time we have to BD?

Not sure-certain ones do, like methotrexate, which was my icky arthritis med that I went off of earlier this year.

Unrelated, but I thought I would share....
We had a random presentation on adult sexuality at work the other day and the doctor said that Sudafed, specifically, could prevent men from...well....getting the equipment ready to BD.
