Can we drink green tea?
There is a cold green tea drink that Waldbaums makes~it's sooo yummy.
Are we allowed to drink that?

I've read that green tea can decrease the asorption of folic acid, but I'm sure it's fine in moderation.

I had read awhile ago that Green Tea is a no no because it has adverse effects on the bodies absorbtion of folic acid that the baby needs.
