i think so. i have eaten it. the only thing i would say is maybe the artificial sweetener though if there is any?

Soft serves have a small risk of listeria contamination. I remember there was a debate on this baord when I was pregnant with number #1. This is a link as to why: LINKIE
Now, I ate soft serve/ froyo during my last pregnancy but haven't yet with this one because I just don't crave it. It's one of those things where you do your research and then decide if you think its a big deal or not.
