Can we have Frozen Yogurt, like TCBY

Ok, I have been staying away bc I thought I read somewhere that was a no no. But I think it would be much more healthy for me to eat than Ics Cream!

I always turn it down bc of the machine thing.

But is it really a problem if it a reputable place?

I am talking about yogurt from a machine like, TCBY, or Yogurt and such etc? (not from Mr. Softee )

Yes , why not ? I don't listen to 99% of the stuff I hear, and unless my OB said no, then its ok in my book

yeah its ok. I just stay away from anything w/ Spleda or any of that artifical crap.

I've heard this too and tcby is my biggest craving!! I'm so good about not eating the things they say not to eat but this is the one thing I couldnt give up. I've had it at least 2x a week for most of my pregnancy. Actually dh is out getting me some now!!

I craaaaved Froyo when I was preggo with my DD like mad. I ate it every day!!! Enjoy!

Yum... I've had TCBY. I don't listen to every single thing that they tell us not to do. If you're having a good pregnancy and want some frozen yogurt then go for it. If I followed everything that I'm supposed to do I'd be miserable and miss a lot of foods (and my hair would be awful b/c I gotta color it).

Sure you can have it. I just wouldnt eat it everyday. In moderation im sure its fine.
