Can we share food?
With school starting this week, I would like to start eating regular healthy meals. Im looking mainly for b-fast, snack and lunch things. Esp if anyone has any health wrap ideas.
What healthy things do you eat?
Me?
bfast:
-oatmeal
-egg whites
-greek yogurt w/ berries
lunch:
-tuna sandwich
-salad w/ gr chix and veggies
*****NEED MORE IDEAS******
snack:
-fruit
-almonds
-string chesse

Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/sugar free syrup - raisens
coffee
Snacks:
apple
Orangic Granola
Whole wheat pretzels
Nuts
Glass of FF Milk
(dont have all of these in one day)
Lunch:
Can of "lite" soup w/Melba toast
Turkey-cucumber-tomato-lettuce sand.
Smart ones
Chicken- black beans-Avacado wrap
Salad
