Can we start a "recent purchases" thread for maternity clothes?
I seriously NEED maternity clothes, but am not finding anything. I did order stuff from Old Navy, but most of it was entirely too big and just made me look huge. Maybe we can post recent maternity purchases and where we bought them so other girls can get ideas. Anyone in?

I went to kohl's to find stuff for the cruise I'm going on next month, they had some capri's and a few dresses but not a huge selection.

Re: Can we start a "recent purchases" thread for maternity clothes?
I am obsessed with my 2 pairs of maternity jeans I bought. I love my jeans and I told myself I would indulge a little in this category. I'm typically a "small" in size (pre-preggo jeans 27) and I went with a small in both of these jeans.
SKINNIES Nice and stretchy, very comfortable. I'm 5'7" and the length is PERFECT! I tried on every pair of skinny jeans in the store and just fell in love with these!
BOOT CUT Once again, perfect length. These are cute in the butt and relaxed in the lower thigh down. So comfy!
I also bought 2 maternity tanks - 1 black, 1 white - and I wear them layered with my usual pre-preg tops (to cover the panels of the maternity jeans). THIS and THIS
I also bought the cutest cardi from H&M Mama - it's navy and tan striped with a little ruffle detail on the shoulder - I will be wearing this post baby too! It's so stinking cute!
I plan on buying maternity jean shorts and maybe khaki shorts, but I want to wait until it's warmer and I'm bigger (I'm 18 weeks now)! (But don't wait too long cuz then all the goods stuff is sold out!)

I was underwhelmed with Khols selection :(
Also worth checking out - Target and Macy's (they have a Destination Maternity section behind kids on the 3rd floor in Smithaven) -- PS Can't use Macy's coupons on their stuff though!

Re: Can we start a "recent purchases" thread for maternity clothes?
I went to Old Navy this weekend and hated everything! I really wanted a pair of belly panel jeans as my Forever21 below-the-belly pair is starting to get less comfortable as I get bigger and their belly panel only went half-way up my belly and had a thick uncomfortable waistband on top. I'm going to Destination Maternity tonight after work for a pair of the secret bellyfit pants.
So far my favorite place for maternity is GAP, but I'm also in desperate need of maternity clothes! My fav item is actually a non-maternity dress from Ann Taylor's clearance rack which I purchased one size up. I've been wearing that constantly...

I had 2 parties to go to this weekend, so I just got this @ destination maternity. It's Motherhood and it runs large... I got 1 size smaller than usual.
Got lots of compliments on it! The tan in it is a slightly satiny shimmery gold.

Re: Can we start a "recent purchases" thread for maternity clothes?
and I just wanted to add that my FAVORITE maternity work pants were from JC Penney - I bought tan, brown and black with DS1 and they were so comfortable, I took them all to the dry cleaner and had them cropped for the summer (after wearing them all winter). I can't wait til it's warm enough to break them out again!

It is PERFEECT for work, events, dinners, etc. It is so flattering and comfy !!!
I will also RAVE about these pants..you can wear them as capris or pants and they are super comfy. I ordered online and when I got them I went back and order 2 other colors because I plan on living in these the moment the weather warms up
