Def! I do it all the time.
Just drink a lot of water, use nose spray, and vicks!

use a saline nose spray, a neti pot and keep drinking. Fluids and rest can really help. If you have pain take advil or motrin.
I've had infections and kicked them w/o drugs.
But don't suffer, take the OTC stuff to make yourself feel better.

Re: Can you get rid of a sinus infection without antibotics?
It depends on what is causing the sinus problems. If you have an infection you need antibiotics. If it is a cold or virus they won't work. You don't want to mess with a sinus infection - I had a friend in college who didn't treat hers b.c she had no health insurance - if you don't treat it - it has the potential to become meningitis. I had severe sinus problems for many years before I had surgery. If you have an infection it won't go away on its own (you might get better for a short time but you will end up worse in the end). If it is a virus the antibiotics won't do anything. So I would at least see a Dr and see what they think.
