Can You Help Me Choose A Good Cell Phone(due for an upgrade)?
Hi,
My service is At & T (hate it) but anyhow, I am due for an upgrade:) I now have a plain jane Samsung phone, nothing special. I don't think I need the sophistication of a Blackberry or an
iPhone but definitely want something nicer and more HIP:) I definitely want it to be a texting phone too, at least thats a step up from what I have now:) Any recommendations?

I have AT&T and I got the Pantech Link at my last upgrade. I am very happy with it.

Thanks! Can you tell me specifically what you like about it? How is the battery life? Picture quality, etc? I don't know much about that brand:) How much did you have to pay for it?

Hey Keri, Before I had the Link, I had the Pantech Slate(discontinued) but my child was kind enough to get it wet , so this is my 2nd Pantech and I really like them both. I find that it is easy to use. Easy to text, you can get to the camera with the touch of one button, the ringer is loud(if u want it to be) and the sound quality is really good. It also has speaker phone which is a feature that I like. The camera quality, is decent(I have taken a few really nice pics on it) but it IS a cell phone pic in the end KWIM?
I paid nothing for it, it was going to cost me $30 ontop of my free upgrade but there was a $30 rebate at the time, so it was free
