Can you name some bland foods????
I have been having awful intestinal problems and have to eat only bland food. So far Ive got toast, jello, baked potato, pretzels and saltines....anybody else have any other suggestions?? Thanks!

when i had terrible morning sickness i lived on apples, bananas, and almonds. the almonds win for most bland, but the fruit was good because it was tasty without being offensive to my sensitive stomach...
