I'm just coming on for the first time today, and I wanted to say thank you so much for all the hugs and prayers. Things got worse today, but this time with my grandmother. My father just called before hysterically crying. He had taken my grandmother out to dinner before they went back to the hospital and he told her to wait by the door while he went to get the car. Well, she walked up to a car that she thought was my dad's, and it wasn't, and the man pulled away and she fell on her face She was bleeding everywhere and they had to rush her away in an ambulance. I'm just so upset. My poor father. My mother tried to get on a flight down there tonight but everything was booked. She'll be leaving first thing in the morning, so thank god he won't be alone tomorrow. Luckily, they brought my grandmother to the same hospital that my grandfather is in. When I called today, my dad was showing my grandfather videos of Ava, who he's never met, on his laptop and he was able to enjoy it a bit. I'm just so sad today. And to add to all of this, I just found out that they had to do an emergency amputation of my uncle's leg I'm just so done today. Thank you all again. It means a lot to me.

Oh Rach, I hope your Dad is able to mend his heart with his parents while he is there. I am so sorry for all he is dealing with and especially to have this happen to your grandmother on top of everything.
