I don't know if this has been posted already but I am trying to finalize my dinner.

Thanks!

OOH - what's this braided italian bread?

I'll post mine - I'm missing some sides I think:

Apps:
Cheese and Crackers
Spinach dip (with bagel/pita chips)
Pigs in a blanket
Quiche
Pepperoni bread

Dinner:
Lasagna and Meatballs
Sausage and Peppers
Stuffed Mushrooms
Regular and Sweet Potatoes
Italian bread

I don't know if I'm going to make a chicken dish - or a roast beef -- and I need more sides!

Re: Can you post your Christmas Menus please

I think for dinner sides you need something to go with a chicken dish if you make one ( or Beef)...like a casserole?

A green bean casserole? Or Cauliflower?

I love cauliflower or broccoli cheesy ones Chat Icon

Depends really on what chicken or beef you do?

What about making a turkey breast? Easy and simple?

And what about a salad to go with the pasta?

Re: Can you post your Christmas Menus please

My MIL is making string bean casserole. I forgot to add that.

I'm not a big salad person - and my family never really does them when we have the big meals. Last yr. though I did make fresh mozz salad and tomato.

Its just me and DH for X-Mas so it's real simple. I asked him what he wanted and this is it:

Chicken Piccata with artichoke hearts
Mashed potatos
Fresh Green Beans with garlic and olive oil

For desert I'm making a rum cake and bought pinnoli cookies.
