Can you say HOLY COW!! Charlie horse cramps HURT
I had gotten a charlie horse in my leg yesturday during day while i was napping before work. All nite at work and even today i can barely walk or put pressure on it. Has this happened to you?

Thanks! i was trying to stand but that didnt help. I litterally felt paralized in that foot. Those cramps are deadly!!

I eat a banana and take a Pre-natal everyday and I still get those cramps.

this happened to me early sat morning! I was screaming so loud it woke up my husband.. it lasted a little too long for me!
I couldnt fall asleep after that!

I got these when I was pregnant with DS and yes, they HURT!
Eat a banana
Drink water
Flex your foot (this worked best).

I was told calcium deficency can be to blame too, i get them at night..ick..no fun
