can you start working out right before beginning stims?
I will ask the Dr's in the AM, but was wondering if anyone had any insight?

I just had my IVF orientation today and according to the fertility clinic that i go to, they don't advice any high intensity/impact workouts AT ALL when you start your protocol.
I'm trying to see what alternative work outs I can do because I have to stop running and kick boxing. They advice Yoga.
