Can young children visit maternity @ Huntington Hospital?
My friend just had a baby & I want to visit her, but I have Alex with me.
Are young ones not allowed in the rooms?
I thought it would be a good opportunity to take her for a quick visit & let her see what it's like since we have #2 coming this Summer.
I remember a friend of mine brought her toddler when I had Alex, but not sure if she just snuck her in or not.

It really depends on the nursing staff. One day I was there (still preggo) and one nurse wouldn't let my nephews come visit me. But 10 minutes later another nurse saw them waiting outside the doors and let them in.

my SIL gave birth there this morning. i am taking DD tonight to visit during the visiting hours. i don't think that they don't allow that. i am pretty sure they wouldn't love it though if we showed up during grandparent/sibling visiting though during the day.
