Cancelled plans suck!

DH is away at a bachelor party in the poconos for the weekend. I emailed the significant others whose DHs/FHs/BFs were going to be away for the weekend to see if they wanted to have a girls night. One was going to Boston, three never responded for some strange reason, and the one that I'm closest with was going to come over tonight.

She has been having stomach issues, but yesterday said she was 95% better. Today, I get a text from her that she's not feeling well and can't hang out.

In the meantime, last weekend, another GF had called me to see if I wanted to go with her to her parents' home in the Poconos for the weekend. I had to decline b/c I had already made plans.

I have plans with another GF during the day, and I guess I'll find ways to keep busy tonight. I just hate being alone for dinner, and alone in the house at night, so I was looking forward to the company.

Order pizza, give yourself a pedi, and watch some girly movies! That's how I like to spend my nights alone if I have to.
