I feel like there was a link posted a while ago of all the places that will do this for you... anyone have it or know when and where it can be done?

You can contact your local fire dept; most of them do it I believe. Or a police station.

FYI they may not do them often and they may do it by appointment, so I recommend you call early and see what their procedures are.
