Car seat installation check?
Where did you bring your car to check the car seat installation? We already called a bunch of places but we need an appointment asap and we're not having luck getting a quick appointment. So I'm looking for any and all recommendations. Would like to find a place to check for free. Already have someone we can pay. Tia!

the police station. not all of them do it at all times- it depends when the officers who are trained are working.

The Dix Hills fire dept does this and they're so nice. You will need an apt though.

Car seat installation check?
We paid someone to come to the house to check DD's convertible seats. The free ones happened like twice a year and we couldn't wait that long.
The guy was great and it was a minimal fee.

It's been quite a long time since we used them but when we did, they were available every weekend by appointment. Can't hurt to try.
