Carb cycling ?
Anyone try this? And did it work?
I’ve been reading about it but can’t find anything exact about days on and off. Some have LC 4 days and HC 3. Some have only HC on Wednesday and Saturday’s and the rest LC
If you’ve done it and liked it, can you give me an idea of what you did?
I do WW mostly and keep it on the lower carb side but looking to shake it up a bit because I’m kinda bored lol

Never have but I used to follow Chris and Heidi Powell and they had some good plans.
Check this article out and at the bottom she links to the many different ways you can do it and how to do it for each one:

Re: Carb cycling ?
i haven't done it... but
the gym i go to has it as an option for weight loss for those doing the weight loss challenges.
it was the first time i had ever heard of it.
you've just sparked me to do a little investigation into this.

Carb cycling ?
i just did a little reading on this. it reminds me of Quick Trim by Cybergenics that they used to sell at GNC back in the day. there were high carb and low carb days on the 14-day plan.
i did it a couple of times in my 20s. i don't remember ever feeling good or bad at that time. it did help me lose a good amount of weight each time i did it faithfully.

Carb cycling ?
I suggest looking into macro counting. I was able to achieve the best body composition doing that.

Agree. This is truly the most sustainable way of eating that provides incredible results for body composition in conjunction with weight lifting.

Re: Carb cycling ?
I do carb cycling along with marco tracking. On leg days (1-2-x a week) I increase my carbs and lower my fat. For upper body, cardio or rest days, I lower my carbs to about 20% and up my fat keeping my protein the same for both. Keeps me lean and look forward to carb days.
