what is the ideal carb/protein/fat percent ratio for weight loss?

I do not think there is an ideal ratio that works for everyone. You need to see what works best for your body. For me varying the amount of carbohydrates I eat works best.
I think this calculator will help you determine a good place to start:

Then you can adjust your intake a bit within the recommended ranges to see what your body responds to best.
