Cardio Kickboxing
Has anyone tried this? Do you like it?
I was thinking of signing up at Total Body Shaping but I don't know if you have to be pretty physically fit to do this?

Re: Cardio Kickboxing
I take it a gym here in NJ. It is a great class...it can be difficult though, but I think it's a lot of fun. You burn major calories and tone up at the same time.

Re: Cardio Kickboxing
I did it and it was fantastic - definitely a great jump start! I have to say though after 10 weeks of it (5 days a week) I was so ready for it to be over since I have exercise A.D.D.
The great thing about the program is that it doesn't matter what level you start at - everyone improves and it's amazing. I can't believe how strong my core got after 10 weeks.
I say go for it!!

Re: Cardio Kickboxing
I have been going for about 5 years. I love it, it's the only exercise I can stick too. I did take a break when I had my children but I'm back and attend 3-4 times a week. Music is key to this class.
It's an unbelievable workout. My place has been changing it up alot lately, they've incorporated weights and different core exercises.

I'm 5 weeks in! I love it! I go 4 times a week.
I go to a place in Copiague.
You dont have to be at a certain fitness level, you can take it at your own pace.
