cardio questions
i started to "control my weight" in mid october. mid november, i joined a gym. december was hard and i gained a few, after so much progress....
so, i have a re-newed commitment to shedding weight.
questions: #1 what's your favorite cardio routine??
#2 how do you vary it to keep it interesting and/or prevent overtrainin injury??

My favorite cardio is to run.........especially if I get into a zone with my Ipod on.......LOL
I will alternate the Precor Elliptical on other days to work my glutes.
Havent gone to the gym since the holidays.........but I have NO excuse to not join this week...except for being Lazy

i LOVE the elliptical machine. it's a better workout than you would think and it's very easy on your knees.
ETA: i keep it interesting by mixing up the routine a bit. there are different workout settings and i increase the resistance for periods of time. my new thing is taking my hands off the handles. it makes it a much harder workout b/c your legs need to balance your body.
