Carpal tunnel surgery alternatives?
So the Dr said I need surgery on both hands. I just started doing some research and it appears the success rate is pretty low actually and some peopel have worsening issues after.
Are there any alternatives that have worked for anyone????

i'm a physical therapist; have you had therapy already? i'd see a hand therapist or occupational therapist.

I have carpal tunnel also.
I'm getting a shot this Friday with 3 ingredients...one is cortisone.
My doctor wants to try this first.

you need to see an experienced physical therapist, someone who really spends a lot of time hands on with you and will do everything, not just heat and electric stim on you, and do all your home exercised that person recommends
