carters returns
anyone know how they are with returna? i got a bunch of stuff for my shower and some of it i have a receipt for and a lot i dont. they have carters tags, but i know everyone sells carters. i know theyre not from macys or bloomingdales because they put return stickers on the tags and there is none. so will carters return them for me and give me a credit or something?

they are great...they will just give you a merchandise credit if you dont have a receipt

Yup! Some of the stuff I returned, I'm not even sure came from the Carter's store and no problems.

Carter's is very good with their returns. They will take anything with a Carter's label. For the ones with out a receipt you will get the current sale price...

I have returned a bunch of stuff no issue..no receipt..the only things they turned down was with labels they said they could tell were from BRU...That only happened once.

The only place that's possibly an issue is Macy's- they now have a 'return sticker' that the employee has to place on the tag every time you buy something. I was able to return some even without the sticker- but the sticker helps because you'll get the price that was paid for it.
