cat in the hat birthday theme
Anyone ever see party decorations for one? I didn't see any in party city and I can't find anything really online. My dd really wanted to do it for her 3rd birthday but looks like I may have to switch or else I'll never get the invitations out

i googled it and this is the 1st one i saw but there are a bunch others. looks cute!
