Cat sneeze
My cat has been sneezing for 2 days, alot. Can they get colds? Maybe she's alergic to something? (only thing different is the litter brand) She's in good spirits but it's weird to say bless you 50 times a day to a cat

cats certainly can get upper respiratory infections (main reason they justify putting kitties to sleep at ACC ). Ten days of antibiotics should clear it right up.
Or...yes...your kitty could have a sensitivity to the litter.

I would take the cat to the vet. They can get a kennel cough / cold /virus.
The vet can rule out sickness vs. an allergy.
Hope your little guy gets better soon.
