Catering in Suffolk

I'll be having my son's Christening reception at my home, and I'm looking for any recommendations on good catering companies. We're near Port Jeff, but since it's at my home, we could potentially use anyone that would travel to us. I'm new to Long Island, so I'm not very familiar with my options.

We're open to the type of cuisine, too! From looking at past posts, I've seen the following companies/restaurants listed at one point or another:

Uncle Guiseppe's
Ruvo
Carnival Restaurant
Mike Thomas Catering

If you have any advice/recommendations for any of these or additional places, I would greatly appreciate it!

Elegant Eating is fantastic!
Also I totally forgot...check out Setauket Gourmet Deli...they do fantastic catering as well!! It's not just a deli!
