We had looked at them for DD's Christening about 2 weeks before they closed - Thank God we didn't give them a deposit - they were ready and willing to take one!
Have you checked Buona Sera? Their prices are really good, but they are somewhat inflexable with timing and they book up pretty quickly. They are on Main Street, next to Old Street Pub.

Holy crap...I was just looking there a few months ago too...who knew??
I ended up having the christiening at Bliss in Setauket and it was amazing.
