I went to both on a cruise. I loved both!
What info are you interested in...we didn't eat out really... just some bars and snack food in Cozumel...

Ive been to Grand Cayman probably about 10 times. We are going back in February. I can probably answer any question you have about it. It is a very safe, very upscale island, beautiful beaches, fabulous snorkeling and diving, restaurants etc.
