CBFM Question
When you get your second bar that you are getting close to peak time how many times during that time do you BD? Do you do it every other day or everyday?

I still do it every other day, because sometimes you can have 2 bars for a while, and I don't want to waste all that sperm, I want to save it for the peak.

Like the last poster said, sometimes I have a high reading for quite a few days. I usually don't the first high day or two, but try every day after that. I highly recommend the monitor. It has worked for me.

ITA...I usually get highs for 5-7 days so I don't want to waste sperm, so wait a bit, and then start
