CD1? TMI, sorry!
So yest I had some very light spotting only when I wiped, which I thought could have been implantation bleeding, but turned out to be AF this morning. My question is, this morning it was noticeably there and heavier than yest so I put in a regular tampon. After several hours when I went to change it, it was not even full. I just used a liner at that point and when I got home from work, there wasn't THAT much on it (prob enough for a reg tampon, but definitely didn't "need" one). Typically on first day of AF I need a super and have to change it after a couple hours. So should I count this as CD1, or wait until tomorrow and see how the flow is then? This was def not just spotting, but not as heavy as my typical first day .
REALLY sorry for the graphic details of how full my tampon was I had a 8-9 day LP and I am grasping at any extra day I can, but don't want to mess up my days and want to be accurate. What do you girls think?

sounds like CD1 to me. i would see your ob/gyn about the LP - 8-9 is too short, your lining may be thin. may be easily correctable with progesterone during the 2WW. otherwise i think there are some other non-intrusive ways to correct an LP defect.

CD1 it is! Thanks!
About the short LP, I was reading a lot about vitex and vitamin B complex to help lengthen it and balance out hormones - anyone have any feedback on that?
