ceiling fan in nursery?
Do you have one in yours, is it something you'd recommend?
I read that it helps prevents SIDS and since we wont have an AC in DS room, I'm thinking at least a fan will do. We are in a small apartment, and we just turn on the ac in the bedroom open all doors and we have central AC lol.
If you have one, where did you buy a cute kid one? I only can find $200-400 ones
Please give me some direction!
We are moving DS to his own room soon!

We have one, its from Home Depot, plain white. I don't think a kiddie one is necessary.
DS doesn't have AC either and the fan does really help

we have a white hunter one in there-- I think it was 40 or 50 from Home Depot. We bought the same one for our room it worked so great.

Like this? This one is about $50
You think it would be too weird to paint it? Like primary colors?

We have one in DS room & it was one of those 5 minute fans (already pre-assembled) & was worth every penny. We bought it at Home Depot for about $90 & it is so quiet, you don't even know it is on

Re: ceiling fan in nursery?
I would 100% recommend getting one for the nursery, ESPECIALLY if you don't have a/c. If nothing else, my DD likes to stare at hers as she goes down for her nap in the afternoon
We really lucked out when we started shopping for DD's fan. They had this HIDEOUS pink monstrosity on clearance at Home Depot. DD's room is pink, but this thing was GOD AWFUL. We bought it for about $24 spray-painted the fan blades white and switched out the Pepto-Bismol lampshades for cream-colored ones.
So, if you come across something cheap that can be fixed up, go for it! We're so happy with how it came out!

We have a "kiddie" one in DS's room and I love it (so does he ). I painted it to match the decor in his room.
