I LOVE my Le Creuset cookware... I just have a round dutch oven and an oven one. They are $$$, but worth it, in my opinion. I got them as gifts, but there's the Le Creuset outlet in Riverhead (in Tangers) and I sometimes see them in Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, etc.

Do you want the enamel on the inside, too?

Staub is usually only on the outside. They made a budget line, but I found the quality is better on the regular line (I have both).

I have Le Creuset skillets and there is no enamel on the inside only on the outside. I do know they make them, but I don't own one.

And last but not least, my favorite is Lodge. The enameled Lodges are made in China, but the regular cast iron is made in the US. When you properly season it (it comes seasoned, but it needs more), nothing beats it. It's the cheapest and best option, in my opinion.

Yes, looking for enamel on the inside. It's very hard to find anything not made in China (annoying). I looked on Amazon and found some Le Creuset with enamel inside but made in China.

Never heard of Lodge, will look into it.,thanks!

Check out Nordic Ware. Not exactly what you're looking for but they have a cast aluminum dutch oven. Made in the USA and looks interesting.
