Ceramic tile??
Danielle and I need ideas of what places to go to that sell ceramic till at good prices. We are looking to tile all the walls in our bathroom, the floor in our bathroom and the back splash in our kitchen. We know that home depot and lowes sell tile but we were wondering if anyone knew of any cheaper stores or stores that have more merchandise on site.
We are hoping to go look monday
Thanks, Scott

Re: Ceramic tile??
We were happy with Old Country Tile in Westbury, I think. If a contractor places the order they get a nice discount (20% if I remember correctly). We loved the tile we got from there. A piece of advice we got from a tile-laying friend...don't buy the tile that has a reddish color from the underside. While it is usually less expensive it doesn't hold up in the long run...chips, cracks, etc. Have fun picking out tile!

Anyone been to Cida Tile, or Cancos Tile, or Trapini Tile in Bellmore? How about the places on rt 110? Thanks Scott

Re: Ceramic tile??
I live out east and we used Procida Tile through our builder and they were extremely nice to us. We visited the showroon in Patchogue.

I've done two bathrooms and my kitchen with Cancos. No complaints here - great selection!
