CF-friendly areas of NJ?
There's potential for a job move to NJ, so I'm beginning to look into towns that are within reasonable commuting distance to both Manhattan and central NJ. Any suggestions?

I don't know NJ that well at all but Hoboken supposedly has tons of bars/restaurants and is great for singles and the child-free. It's a 10 minute PATH ride to lower Manhattan. I don't know how far it is from central NJ though.

I live in Upper North Bergen or you can look at, West New York, Edgewater ($$). Weehawken,Hoboken, or Jersey City Heights. There are towns along the hudson river so its a close commute to NYC, why I moved here.
