Family Friendly areas NC or SC
Any advice on where to go for a family vacation in august? We were thinking myrtle beach, so any hotels suggestions are appreciated (as well as info on any other areas too)

We went for the irst time in April and stayed at South Beach resort. It's a timeshare property so we had two bedrooms and a kitchen and the units were really roomy. We would definitely stay there again.

Cherry Grove is in North Myrtle Beach, I find this area to be more family friendly because it is off the main strip of hotels and bars.
We have rented with elliott rentals several times and they all have been great experiences.

There is a lot of kid friendly activities in Myrtle Beach...aquarium, mini golf, amusement/water parks, midevil times (and other dinner shows).

We stay here too - it's great for kids! There is so much to do onsite.

We just got back from a week in Wrightsville Beach NC. It was great. We rented this house from Bryant Realty. It was one house away from the ocean and so nice!

I love Hilton Head, SC!!! Very family friendly!!!
We are going to Myrtle Beach this year to check out too.
if you want lower key, house rentals there are tons up & down the coast.

we stay in a condo complex called myrtlewood villas in myrtle beach, it is a 3 min drive from the beach, close to broadway at the beach and other attractions.
