Chair rail
A portion of our chair rail looks like it's dislodging from the wall. If I tug at it, it's definitely loose.
Any suggestions?

Is/was it nailed to the wall? If so, nail it back. If not, maybe it was glued. In this case, go to HD or Lowes and get Liquid Nails. There are a couple of types of Liquid Nails so be sure to read the label to ensure it will work for your application or ask someone.

Just did a quick check and it seems to be glued on. I also see some spots where the glue wasn't completely wiped off, so there's my answer!!
