Perrier-Jouet Champagne Grand Brut, should be about $30ish per bottle.
Try Bottles and Cases - they usually have good prices.

Vueve Clicquot. It's a few dollars more than you're looking to spend (about $40ish at Bottle Bargains/Bottles & Cases) but so worth it, IMO

I like a Prosecco (Italian champagne) that is $9.99 a bottle, but SO good, the brand is Astoria.

I usually buy Prosecco or Cava if I am trying to be budget-friendly! Astoria is a good pick, for sure.

I love this stuff! Its sweet though. So don't get it if you want a dry champagne.
I am also a big fan of prosseco.
