Chances of getting PG on the pill?
What do you think the chance of getting PG on the pill are? Has anyone here gotten PG on the pill? I was just curious since I'm now on the mini pill. I've never taken BC pills before so I wasn't sure. Now that I'm on a BC pill, my DH is a bit more relaxed about not being careful. He's always been SUPER careful, but not anymore.

I was on the pill for 9 years and I had no problems, i think that it is 95-99%effective. You just need to pick a time to take the pill and stick with it.

Honestly... does it really make a difference if you don't take the minipill at the same time everyday? Since I'm not used to taking it, I'm not consistent with it yet. I know they say to take it the exact time everyday, but really how does it change things? Thanks!

I know of someone who did get pg on the pill and a friend of mines fsil just found out she is pg, is 3 months along and was on the pill and taking while pg. I took it for 6 years before I had DS and never took it at the same time. I use to double up alot which I know is not good. I guess you could always have him pull out around ovulation days.

My doctor said that with the regular pill it's not that important, but with the mini pill it's really important.

I was told the same thing when I was on the mini pill, it's b/c it is only one hormone

I think it's important. I always took it at the same time, or within a half hour.
