Chapped lips...
How do you treat chapped lips on a 14 1/2 month old? She wont even let me touch her lips, and on the rare occasion i get lip balm on, she wipes at it or licks it off. I've been putting stuff on when she's sleeping, but its not cutting it.....

You just made me remember that my friend Fiona puts chapstick on her daughters lips all the time and last week she had the tinted stuff on...oh how we all laughed at gorgeous little Esme and her luscious lipstick!!!

I still do this. I use Aquphor also.
Have you tried making it into a game, like you're putting on lipstick?
