Voice of an Angel Charlotte Church, 21, announced on her website that she and her boyfriend of two years, rugby player Gavin Henson, 25, are "delighted" that she is expecting their first child. She doesn't say how far along she is but it appears that she is in the first trimester.
Suspicions began to rise when the partying star canceled her 21st birthday party last week and recently gave up her beloved cigarettes, prompting her to announce the pregnancy.
Her website says,
For reasons of privacy, Charlotte has chosen not to comment on this matter, other than to confirm that she and her boyfriend, Gavin Henson, are delighted. In an ideal world, we would not have made this announcement so early in the pregnancy. However, due to recent speculation and persistent questions from the media about this most private of matters, Charlotte felt she had no choice other than to go public and she was keen to ensure that her fans had the opportunity to read the truth here first.
