Had my sono yesterday and there was a gestational sac and yolk!!!
I go back next week and hopefully there is a heartbeat!!!

Well, I decided I AM going to take the Femara and started it Mon night. I want to pregnant and time is running out. I know it's only been a few months, but I want to have a baby in my arms.
Sat starts monitoring/bloodwork/two sonos next week. Next week is going to be VERY busy for me :)

Well, I decided I AM going to take the Femara and started it Mon night. I want to pregnant and time is running out. I know it's only been a few months, but I want to have a baby in my arms.
Sat starts monitoring/bloodwork/two sonos next week. Next week is going to be VERY busy for me :)

I am pretty sure my FET cycle is cancelled. Was on birth control for 3 weeks and yet a follicle still developed! Waiting for final word today based on estrogen level, but things are not looking good! :( And I had already paid OOP for 2 IVIG infusions for this cycle. ARGGHHH!
This week I am also doing some dosage testing with Kofinas to make sure that the lovenox and baby aspirin doses I was on are appropriate. Anti-xA testing (blood) and aspirin resistance testing (urine)

Can you tell me your protocol for this FET? I tried to do natural once but I had a cyst and cancelled. Then I did two medicated FETs and had a miscarriage and a chemical. One I believe had supression and then I used Del Estrogen. The last one was Estrace and Del Estrogen but no suppression first just went with my period. Trying to decide if I should try natural or medicated.
What meds will Kofinas have you on before transfer? He has me on some supplements, Levonox twice daily, baby aspirin, Intralipids, and Prednisone. I'll do Neupogen too since my RE suggests that.

I'm also on methylated multivitamin, myo-inositol, Vitamin D, probiotic, fish oil (I take algal oil) and started the NAC today.
I've only done medicated FETs (and always miscarry) but I just had endo removed in Aug and we upped the dosage on some immune meds so hoping this time will be different.
My FET protocol is birth control 2-3 weeks, then add in Lupron for a few days, then stop bcp and continue Lupron and start estrogen. I take 2mg twice a day of estrogen orally and 2mg twice a day vaginally. Then after about 10 days will start progesterone and after 5 days of progesterone we transfer (I have day 5 blasts frozen).

Thanks for the info. Sounds similar to what I will be on. In addition to what I said I was also on Prograf and vitamins. Kofinas put me on Metformin and NAC too. How do you do on the 60 mg of Prednisone? Why such a high dose? Both doctors said 20 mg for me but I wonder if I need to up it. My RE mentioned IVIG instead of intralipids but its too expensive. I see you are on Plaquinil....my RE just mentioned that to me but Kofinas didn't. Do you know what that one does? I'm already on so much so I don't know if some of it is overkill.

Good luck tomorrow. Kofinas recommended all of those pills except the Metanx for me. I think because the MTHFR I have isn't the "bad" one.
