Check in for the week of the 26th
Hows it going? Pretty terrible considering my recent cycle. The positive strong beta was really a mind trip and then it going down was so upsetting. I feel like I wasted so much time, money, and effort. Part of me wants to give up but I feel like I'll always regret it. I feel like I'm becoming so jealous of all the families with multiple kids and all the facebook pregnancy announcements. Sometimes its all too much to take in.
Where are you in your cycle? Updates? I go back for repeat beta on Friday to see if it is negative. It went down to 38 on Friday. I'm currently trying to figure out what I do next. I'm hoping the beta drops quickly.
Questions? Any advice as to what you would do next? Here is my brief IVF history. My son was the product of my 4th transfer. That was the cycle I added in immune meds and HGH. The embryo remaining from his cycle was a miscarriage at 8 weeks. My diagnosis early on was unexplained and then went to immune issue. Now I am DOR with AMH under 1. FSH is fine. This past cycle was the worst one yet with only getting two embryos to day 3 but they looked good and were greater than 9 cells. I did a FET of them which resulted in the chemical. I was on 450 Gonal, Menopur, and HGH. I also primmed with HGH. I had a lead which took over so I think thats part of the reason I didn't get a lot of embryos. The side the lead was on there was nothing else going on. I get cysts often and they have delayed me many times. Now I'll have to stim again. Any suggestions?
If anybody has any meds up for grabs PM me. Thanks!

I understand. BFN are so frustrating! Did you do IUI or IVF? Are you a tester? I hope you get good news this cycle!

Check in for the week of the 26th
Good luck this cycle everyone!
So I got AF last week so my last IUI was unsuccessful. I went back to my RE on Friday and we have 1 vial left of frozen donor sperm so my RE decided to skip the clomid this round and go to follistim. I starts 300mg of follistim on friday and go back tomorrow to check and see. Fingers crossed for everyone!

Re: Check in for the week of the 26th
Have my beta tomorrow, took a hpt today was negative. Not much hope that it will be positive tomorrow. Its hitting me harder than I thought it would.
Hopefully my insurance will approve injectibles for this cycle.

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully beta shows something different and if not injectibles do the trick.

Has doing a lap for endo ever been considered? That could be the cause of your immune issues/cysts/low Amh.

No, none of the 3 REs I've been a patient of mentioned that. The immune issue is partial dq alpha match with hubby which can lead to NK cells. I was on a lot of immune meds this time around. I had an endo biopsy in the past which was negative but I know a lap is really needed to diagnose it. My amh was a little over 1 when I had my son from IVF and tested over 2 years later was .6. So I feel like that could happen with age. The cysts are a new thing. When I was cycling with my son cysts were never an issue. A year ago I started back up for number 2 and I had cancellations and delays due to cysts. I had one burst over a year ago and it was very painful.

Check in for the week of the 26th
My embryos are getting biopsied on Thursday so thats good news. I hope that they are able to biopsy all of them. I have not gotten my period (not pregnant) so something is out of wack. I will probably end up needing to go back to be put on provera if I dont get my period.

Re: Check in for the week of the 26th
I'm in the TWW. Period due on 7/3. Not feeling too confident this month. Made an appt. for a consult with Northwell for end of July. I'm looking forward to it & wish it wasn't 4 weeks away.

Did you get your period since the loss? How long until you get the biopsy results?

Yes I got it 1x and thats it. I was expecting it last week but nothing.
I should have the results in 2 weeks from when they are received.

Hmm I wonder whats going on. Maybe something is just off. I had a few wacky cycles out of no where. One was a 20 day cycle...I was like what is this?
Uhh, its like the 2ww all over again.
