It seems like the living room is the smallest room in the house! The MBR seems bigger than it, as does the pool table room.
It is beautiful, though.

the house is beautiful but its at sea level and its such a swamp all over that area!!! I would NEVER buy it(not that I could ever afford it  ) but for that reason. DH and I ride our bikes through that area, and the mostquitos are horrible because of all the sitting water everwhere!!

that is insane! i am surprised the taxes are only $21k, though it is in Npt/ENpt with LIPA and the stacks near by, so that could explain it. I had no idea that there were even houses in the park!

i was thinking the same thing. i have walked/hiked in that area and never remember seeing a house in the middle of the swamp.
