Out of 3 pregnancies my water broke only with 1....
My neighbor across the street only 1 out of 4...
My sister, 3 pregnancies...never.

Yep..it happens in only a small percentage. They always show it on TV when the water breaks and then the woman starts having labor pains.
It is better that way! Less mess on your bed or couch or carpet!
Mine didn't break until he was almost crowning! He came out very clean!

With my first, the doctor had to break my water while I was in labor.
With my second, my water broke on its own at home.... what a mess that was. Not to mention the seat of DH's car from our drive to the hospital... yuck yuck yuck!
